1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) aim to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products (referred to as "Jewelry") offered by Nora Bordjah Private Collection, a jewelry brand marketed by Sèvres SARL, via its website norabordjah.com. They apply to all orders placed by the client and constitute the exclusive contractual framework governing the relationship between the client and the company.
The GTCS represent a contract between Sèvres SARL and the adult individual acting for purposes other than their professional activity, proceeding with payment for an order under the conditions specified below. This person is referred to in the GTCS as "you".
The GTCS are the only legal framework applicable to any order placed on the website and are accepted under the conditions specified below. Any order of Jewelry placed on the website is subject to the GTCS in effect on the day of the order.
All information relating to the Jewelry subject to these GTCS (price, names, definitions, detailed descriptions: properties, characteristics, and composition, etc.) offered for sale remotely on the website is available, in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, on the website.
While Sèvres SARL strives to ensure the accuracy of the information published on the website, it provides no explicit or implicit guarantee regarding the accuracy, reliability, and completeness of such information.
2. Acceptance of the GTCS
By validating an order on the website, the client acknowledges having read and unconditionally accepted these GTCS.
3. Products
The products offered for sale by Nora Bordjah Private Collection are jewelry pieces crafted from high-quality materials, such as brass, 24-carat 3-micron gold plating, freshwater pearls, lapis lazuli pearls, and semi-precious stones. Products are offered while stocks last. In the event of unavailability after order confirmation, the client will be informed as soon as possible and may choose a refund, credit, or exchange for an equivalent product.
