Refund policy

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return a product if you are not completely satisfied. To initiate a return, it is essential to fill out the return form, providing the necessary information (including your order number and the reason for the return). Return shipping costs are at your expense. Once the product is returned and inspected by our team, you may choose between a refund to the account used for the initial payment or store credit for an exchange with a product of equal or higher value (in which case, the price difference will need to be paid). Please note that a refund or exchange will only be granted if the product is returned in its original condition, with no signs of wear, scratches, or damage. Please ensure that the product is carefully packaged and protected so that it is not damaged during transit.

All exchange or refund requests should be sent by email to contact@norabordjah.com. Please make sure to include your first and last name, phone number, order number, and the reason for the return.

We will then provide you with the return address. You must return each item complete (with packaging and accessories), in its original condition and packaging.
