Service areas
Jewelry delivery is available to the following destinations: in metropolitan France (Colissimo), within the European Union (UPS or Chronopost): Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Italy, Spain, Norway, and Switzerland.
Delivery may also be possible internationally (outside the EU) via UPS or Chronopost, subject to any restrictions imposed by the carriers or local regulations and applicable legislation: Americas, United Kingdom, Middle East, Asia, Oceania, etc. For these specific destinations, in addition to applicable shipping fees, special delivery conditions may apply. For international deliveries, parcels are delivered only upon signature.
Delivery times
For reference, delivery within metropolitan France typically takes between 3 and 7 business days. Delivery within the European Union generally takes between 5 and 10 business days.
For international deliveries, the delivery time typically ranges from 10 to 12 days, but this may be longer depending on the selected destination.
Customs duties
For international deliveries, customs duties, local taxes, import duties, or state taxes may be required by the carrier handling the delivery of your order. These charges will be at your expense.
Insurance
All our shipments are insured, regardless of the carrier and the value of the jewelry.
Tracking your delivery
You will be provided with a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, allowing you to track your order.
Receipt - Damaged parcel report
Upon receipt of your order, it is your responsibility to immediately and precisely note any issues regarding the condition of the packaging on the delivery slip. If you receive a parcel with damaged packaging, you agree to take proper and sufficient note of the damage, specifically by making detailed reservations with the carrier in writing, keeping the damaged packaging and its contents in a manner that prevents further damage, and reporting the damage via email to Sèvres SARL within 48 hours, along with documented evidence and a copy of the delivery slip containing the reservations you have mentioned.
Parcel lost by the carrier
If the parcel is declared lost by the carrier, a replacement or refund will be offered to the customer.
Significant delivery delay
In accordance with Articles L216-2 and L216-3 of the French Consumer Code, in case of a delay or failure to deliver seven (7) days after the maximum delivery date indicated, provided the delay is not due to an error on your part, an unforeseeable and insurmountable event by a third party, or force majeure, you may cancel your order by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the Company within sixty (60) days from the maximum delivery date. If delivery has not occurred between the sending and receipt of this letter, the Company will refund you the full price you have paid for any undelivered Jewelry within a maximum of fourteen (14) days.
